The Babe Cave is a booked and busy salon. These policies help keep our days running smoothly, support our estheticians, and ensure every babe enjoys the elevated, stress-free experience they deserve.

Children in the Salon

For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all guests, children are not permitted in the salon.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation & Changes

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Any service changes made within 24 hours of an existing appointment will be treated as a no-show.

Clients may not book or hold the same service within a two-week period.

Late Arrival Policy

To keep our salon running smoothly, we offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.

While we always do our best to accommodate our clients, we kindly ask that our schedule and policies are respected.

Arrivals beyond the 5-minute grace period may be marked as a no-show.

No-Show Policy

1. First No-Show

No charge applied.

2. Second No-Show

A credit card will be required to book future appointments.

100% of the total service(s) booked will be charged.

3. Third No-Show and Beyond

Full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking for all future appointments.

Prepaid appointments cannot be rescheduled.

Missed prepaid appointments will result in forfeited payment.

Deposits

Appointments scheduled for 1 hour or longer require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit.

Menstrual Cycle Policy

We understand that appointments may occasionally fall during your menstrual cycle and are happy to accommodate when possible. If you prefer not to wax during your cycle you have the following options:

1. Reschedule Within 10 Days

Payment for the scheduled Brazilian, Extended Bikini, or Bikini service is required on the day of the appointment.

The appointment will be rescheduled within 10 days with the same esthetician.

Payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

This option is non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Important Note: If your appointment includes additional services exceeding 30 minutes, you must still attend for the remaining service(s). Failure to attend those services will result in them being marked as a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.

2. Decline Rescheduling

If you choose not to reschedule within the 10-day window, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.

Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy to our estheticians and other clients:

Appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled time.

Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled 2 hours before the appointment time and marked as a no-show.
